Just tuning around testing a replacement whip antenna for the CRF-1 and came across a female voice in what sounded like Russian. Had to do a Google search which said it's Rostov Volmet. The Shortwave Schedules app said the same thing, but lists the start time after 0300z at 25 and 55 past the hour. I came across it at 0127z and it ended at 0130z (31 July). Signal was not strong but usable.
