Hello I am hearing traffic on 119.600 AM it is obviously in the Aircraft Band, but it sounds close enough that I am hearing both sides of the conversation unlike it is some distant Airport and I can only hear the Airplane side of the conversation.

I heard the aircraft say "over I-94 and I-696" that is in my neck of the woods. Is there still some tropespheric ducting going on? . . . Wait "86 Golf" , and did I just hear Selfridge being mentioned?

Ahhhhh okay, that's what I thought. Selfridge Civilian Tower freq. Okay thanks. I love how I can hear Selfridge tower from my house but not anything like like Detroit City airport , or DTW. Bummer, oh well thank you cpitre.
