124.0 MHz - Andrews AFB Approach being used by PCT....

Since a couple of days ago I've been hearing normal commercial flights on 124.0 MHz AM (Andrews AFB Radar Approach/Potomac APP) which I never ever get hits on. Did they change things up?

124.0 is a PCT freq so they can use it for whatever that want. In this case there is probably something wrong with the 119.85 transmitter thus there is a NOTAM about the change.
