Hi All,
Was recently re-programming my 125AT to have each scan bank be a county or two in my state for when I'm out and about. I was doing this using excel spreadsheets downloaded from the database to have everything in one place, then go through and erase what's digital and categories I'm not interested in before copy and pasting things into the 125AT programming software. While it was interesting to see what's out there it was very time consuming.

What software would you recommend for my 125AT that would allow me to filter out digital systems and if possible categories, and upload them straight to my scanner?

I know ProScan exists and it looks great! Problem is, its not compatible with the 125AT.

Thanks.

Hi @GraniteScanner

Nick, Scan125 author here. Pleased you have found Scan125 and Scan125Convert.

I'm always here (well via Email on my Website) to help / support my users, even at weekends and evenings when I'm at home. That said I'm moving house after 33 years and the long distance move alone will take 4 days so for the next couple of weeks+ I'll be rather busy :)

If you are an experienced Excel / Spreadsheet user and capable of writing Macros then you can manage all your frequencies in Excel/Other and then have macros to export/create a Scan125 data file directly without having to use Scan125Convert. Also as the scanner API file is published by Uniden (especially the CIN command for programming channels) you can go directly from Excel/other to the scanner.

If you want to go down the Macro path then I can help you with the Scan125 file formats.
