131.650 Tow Truck Company ?

There has been alot of traffic tonight on what sounds like a tow company picking up vechiles and taking them to different locations. I thought this was an aircraft Channel?

You are hearing an image frequency that is 21.6 MHz higher than frequency displayed on your scanner. This is common with single conversion or older scanners.

The frequency you are hearing is actually 153.350 and is part of a business trunked LTR radio system.
