Last night (February 2-3), I heard Chinese or some other asian language commentary interspersed with music on 1310 KHz.
Signal was fairly good SINPO 4-5-4-3-3.

I am in the Western Piedmont of North Carolina.

Could anyone tell me what station I heard?
I don't think it was WPIV.
I'm not sure though.

Dan, I've logged the same station tonight (June 21,2022) here in Aberdeen, North Carolina 3:00 am EDT. I also cannot find a listing for it.

Here is the page listing all the stations on the frequency 1310 KC on the AM band. 1310 AM - Wikipedia You will notice there are several in the general vicinity of your North Carolina location. I suggest listening to the freque3ncy further, to see if you can catch the call letters. They are supposed to give them out on the hour and the half hour, minimum, although stations usually give them even more often. When it comes to DXing, whether AM BCB or shortwave, patience is a virtue, and one often has to listen to a program longer than one would rather to gather the needed information to record the reception properly.
