13224.1 Pipeline

13224.1 USB active this lunch hour w/ Pipeline wkg Waverider 08 and unid a/c identifying as "322". Last year I logged Miniature (TOC MCAS Kanoehe Bay, HI) on this freq. Is Pipeline a new call or somebody else? I have not been able to find it on the usual lists.

Upon listening this evening I'm thinking the frequency is actually 13224.2.
Logged Redhook 17 and Waverider 18 wkg Pipeline. Red and green comms.
