Add 139.0375 to the list. Also hearing fishing (govt) boats on 141.750 FM.

Any NAC? That might give some indication of who it is. I tried for years to figure out Sunny Point and all I came up with was an on-site UHF repeater for the dock workers.

Unless they said something governmental on the transmissions, thesemay be fishing folks but using amateur HTs out of band? Could be some sort of Fed Wildlife folks?
