Does anyone know where this repeater is Located/Coverage area (Mtn Top, etc). ?

142.2625 tone 186.2 Civil Air Patrol - SoCal

Person on the ground said: 'Long Beach Base'
The plane is flying around today(May31,2008)

A good time to catch the repeater being used is on Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:00pm doing the 'Check-in net' Doing the 'Net' control says callsign "Yosemite".

the 'Air Band' They use is 129.4500 (CAP Air Band Freq?)
and doing the 'Check-in Net' 142.2625 is linked with 148.1500 tone 186.2 / P25 NAC 186

I checked the CA database and I don't see any of the above listed. So I'm asking now

I don't have that listed as a repeater input anywhere in my CAP list. I do have that listed as a simplex channel only.

New repeater heard today.

They been flying all day today and Tuesday.
Trying to track down a bad plane tracker beacon(121.5) in San Diego County/Imperial County area.

NEW: 143.9000 - ctcss 127.3 Input
NEW: 142.2625 - ctcss 127.3 Output

Note: 142.2625 - ctcss 186.2 is still in use.

Update: FYI.....

129.45 AM (AirBand/AirToAir) - Is active again this Saturday with CAP in the southern California area.
Whiteman Base talking to the CAP Flights.
