I guess it depends on when you listen and where you are just like a lot of radio.
I'm in the Central TZ and I usually hear a lot of traffic around 10am and again around 3pm. I've even gotten several Canadian stations images. I've got a 10M wire dipole up about 12 ft AGL and I'm using an IC7300 to receive the signals. I'm a Tech so I can't transmit up around the SSTV calling FRQ so I just monitor. I am going to try out digital SSTV and see how that works out.
