143.7 Mhz FM ????

Folks I live in southern MD and am picking up what appears to be encrypted comms on 143.7 Mhz. It is very active but encrypted almost 24/7. I can't find anything out about it in the TR Database.

I am told by someone who installs Motorola Systems that the audio appears to be a GE system. I work at Pax River and can hear all comms there as well as Webster Field and can say with much confidence that the transmissions are not theirs.

Anybody have a clue as to who.what this might be?

Well youve picked up A LTR ENCRIPTED system located at the Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Center.

There is always alot of radio signals out of the Pax River area!

yea I live in mechanicsville and I can still hear moast of it. But moastly the UHF Air stuff.
