These type of idiots have always been around, but now that we have cheap Chinese radios available to anyone for $25, the problem is much greater. We have to advance our technologies to make this type of activity much more difficult...

Maybe they bought the wrong type of radios..."over 40" might mean above CB channel 40. Someone should tell 'em . They'll find it tough to "shoot skip" on 2m.
