One repeater in Raleigh one in Morganton and guess what one in Roanoke Rapids.
For future reference look here Glad I could look it up for you.

All you need to do is get your ham license and talk on it yourself, then it will be "on" any time you want it to be, contact a local ham club and see if there are any regular nets.

There is no 147.150 Repeater located in Raleigh anymore. It moved to Roanoke Rapids and requires a 82.5hz tone to access it.

Don't understand what you're not understanding.............

147.15 K4ITL/R is in Roanoke Rapids. It is part a group of repeaters that can be linked. It's called the Piedmont Coastal Repeater Network (PCRN). Repeaters on this network can be linked together for statewide nets. There are also repeaters in SC, VA and WV that are members.

yea but are they any other ham freq. around this area that i can pick up i got like 7 but i think it should be a few more around this area

Roanoke Rapids:146.745, 147.030, 444.550
Rocky Mount: 147.120, 147.315, 224.580, 444.700, 444.850
Jarratt VA: 146.625
Franklin VA: 147.270

If your antenna is up high enough you may be able to recieve all these machines.
