151.055 Voice Inversion

What kind of company would use voice inversion on this frequency.

Oddly enough I'm hearing a good signal on here, DCS 125 but it also has voice inversion.

The little bit of voice what ya can catch doesn't sound English.

I don't believe it to be Calabogie Peaks which would be the closest to me as far as I can tell.

Given the frequency. I would think its someone using a FRS or similar radio/. They may not even show up in TAFL.

I'm not suggesting you descramble them, but inversion decryption is real easy. From there you may or may not get a better idea on the language in use.

That's a common business frequency allocated to low power units. Somebody probably has a radio with the voice inversion option on it enabled.
I would call voice inversion, retro encryption, lol.
