This may only interest Utah County people. But I found it quite interesting that some PD is using 151.1375, possibly Springville. Might be jail operations or something. Anyone know? Its been quite active. It is an Interoperability Freq designated as VTAC-11/36. They even say "are you on VTAC?" Struck me as odd with everyone on UCA.
