Does anyone know what this channel is really being used for and by who? 151.1825 NAC 293, Oneida County.
They are using units ID's like "Guardian Charlie 3", "Tango" and "Oscar", etc. and also mentioned "military base". Comms do not sound like public safety at all to me. They are using military talk. Heard them most of the day, and around 11 PM this evening too.
Testing earlier in the day, and then drill type activities throughout. Maybe something to do with the New York State Preparedness Training Center at the former Oneida County Airport?
