Hello,
Receiving a repeater output on 151.370, pl tone 118.8. Unable to find anyone using that combo from RR search. It is central time zone, with a deep southern accent. Heard some traffic but not sure what the nature of the traffic is. Starting to fade out now, it is 1:30 eastern at my QTH.

Any ideas?

ie 151.3625 or 151.3775

Many a time, I've been fooled by a strong adjacent frequency.

Mississippi Forestry Commission uses that frequency, maybe it was them.
