151.77Mhz NW CT

Does anyone know who is operating on 151.77 simplex NFM in NW CT? I can't find any reference other than it's meant to be a temporary frequency.
They are very strong in the area of the Nepaug/South End firehouse. Sounds like a construction/road crew.

Is that a typo? 151.77 isn't a valid frequency.
The closest would be 151.76 which is itinerant and 151.775 which is a regular business frequency.
