Good Afternoon,

Earlier this morning, FrankfortStation4 sent me a message with a bunch of frequencies that were carrying some kind of transmission in the Grand Traverse Region. One of them is 152.060, which keeps outputting a callsign. Nothing else. Sometimes the callsign comes in with full signal strength, and sometimes it barely is readable. I can't decode what it is, but it sounds like KNKB396. I looked it up, and Manistee Paging Services keeps popping up.
Does anyone happen to know anything about this frequency, callsign, or business, and if the frequency is used for anything besides outputting a callsign?

Thanks,
NVanW27

it could be that someone is supplying power and does not even know it.
someone in my county said they kept the hospital security's 150 repeater going for years and other folks took it over.
the hospital had gone to a 463 repeater.

Well, I recorded all activity on the frequency for 24 hours, and all I got was the callsign, with occasional weird FSK.
