I've been hearing digital sound most likely NXDN 9.6k on 152.090, may be up in Gracefield, south of Maniwaki. Anyone interested may want to check it:

I have received NY State Police on that frequency nothing else.

Not sure, did you mean 153.695? There's a P25 CC on there which belongs to RENIR.

I know the Kitigan Zibi Police Department is on NXDN but can't recall the frequency. Let me search in my DB.

In TAFL, Kitigan Zibi shows a low-power UHF repeater with 8K3 digital which suggests N96, but what we hear on 152.090 is N48, seems to be no connection. If it's police it would not likely show up in TAFL anyway.

I don't find System 2032 in my notes or in the DB.
