picking up a very strong signal on DMR T3 outside of buffalo ny. 152.810 mhz CC 0. I did not find anything in the database or the FCC database. I have not heard any voice transmissions. Anyone know what this belongs to?
I have a very strong local CC signal on 152.510 - DSD+ shows: TIII Site T1-1.1 DCC:0 RAS Only activity on system so far is a few private data calls on Ch 4. I have no clue who it could be. Part 22 frequency so no frequency specific FCC data available.

It is not in the RRDB since it is not an active system. It is just a signal that has been there for years. It maybe could be listed as "data" but the listing would serve no purpose. The other sites disappeared after intermittent testing but Lancaster 152.810 remains active and I have confirmed with people involved with the system it is not in use. Maybe just on the air to protect the frequency for possible future use.
