I assume this is the WQBQ701 trunked system atop squaw? Any ideas? Just curious as I do not recall hearing this signal before.

I think this trunked system has pretty much prevented FOX News from using their 152.285 repeater, as the system's 152.2775 control channel frequency is only 7.5 kHz away from it.

I'm not sure what trunking format this system is... MotoTRBO maybe?

Has anyone heard whether the voice channels are analog or digital?

The voice channels (ex: 152.9525) are digital as well. The PSR-500 is unable to decode either the voice channels or the control freq. (152.9225).

Taxi cab dispatch on 152.2700 only 7.5 kHz difference as well.

It's a motoTRBO proprietary digital system and it's not P25 so you won't be able to listen/decode it.

152.270 is as old as time itself. It's Denver Yellow Cab's flame out err make that voice channel.
