153.005 Clark Co. LV area

Hi all
Been doing some searching in FCC and Radio Ref, and have come across this freq. 153.005 PL 127.3. Searches say its either a RV Resort, or Granite Construction Co.. Listening to the transmissions sound nothin like either. Talkin about "fuel for landing" and "amount of passengers on board". Anyone have info on this freq? Sounds like a tourist flight operation.

It is standard practice for FAA ATC to ask amount of fuel and souls on board an aircraft when they declare an emergency. The frequency isn't within ATC bands, though.

i was thinking it was just the planes as they can be heard for MANY miles when up.
