Keep hearing this when we have DX VHF conditions, not local to Boston or the Boston area. And it's not the North Carolina Tac in Beaufort County. This frequency relays a Gamewell box system only. All slow timed. No voice, just the tapping out of boxes. I am thinking its in the New York or New Jersey.

Next time you hear it, try and get a recoding. it'll def help! I'm curious as to how this sounds. I'm in north-east NJ and I'm gonna plug this frequency into my radio "test channels" group and see if I hear it.
