Picked up Somerset County, NJ South Fire Dispatch on 154.310 PL 100.0 earlier tonight about 45 minutes ago or so on my Pro 2055 in my room in my house in Lansdowne, PA with the stock antenna fully extended. Only picked up the tones and once the PL came up it faded away. Sure was a nice catch while it lasted. I should note this frequency is only listed at 60 watts according to the FCC license data.
