Just heard this frequency on my scanner. And it was a computerized voice. It said " Alert Zone 1" twice then I briefly heard a woman say something for a split second. Hmmm Either a home or business security system maybe.

Yeah, it;s an MURS frequency 154.5700 MHz. Also Business Itinerant.
