Turned out to be a drug bust. Newportnews PD was involved also.

I caught some interesting traffic here (Rockingham Co) on Monday night, on the survillence channel. Three seperate troopers were tailing a subject. I don't know who they were... they were only using first names- no unit #'s or anything.
