Police??? not sure on the NY State side I think. Didn't sound Canadian
though by the markers being run. Any ideas as to where it could be? Heard
this while out in the Napanee region on the Ontario side (Lennox & Addington County)

My mistake on the frequency, should've have been 154.755 or 154.760
