I've been copying key-ups on 154.74 tonight w/ PL 179.9 - any idea who this is? There are quite a few PA depts listed to this...but the database is spotty on precise assignments & PLs. The NJ licensees & Rehobeth, DE PD are likely too far away for me to copy. Not hearing any voice comms. I'm most curious as to whether this might be Kent, MD that I'm hearing, since they have it as one of their alternate PD freqs.

I'll have to check that one Dave without my PL on. I copy that freq from Chester County PA police but they use PL 71.9.

Oh...almost forgot...Rehoboth Beach PD uses that freq...not positive about the PL though.

[Edit] Nevermind...Rehoboth is 156.7 PL

Yeah, my first thought was Chester Co, since they are close enough - but the PLs don't jive. Have not heard additional key-ups in the last hour. Will see what develops.

I parked a scanner on it right after your post and have heard nothing since.

I heard quite a few additional key-ups.....the fact that you are getting nothing makes me think it must be one of the many PA agencies on that freq.....if it were Kent, MD, then you would have been copying it even more clearly than me. I'll see if I get any voice traffic.
