Anyone know if CSP is still using 154.755 along the front range?
Heard traffic on 154.7625, which I'm sure would have been on the above freq if I could have gotten to it in time. The next freq up from 154.7625 was heavy static.

Could it have been 4B traffic off of Mines Peak?

Yesterday 7/11 I heard "Jeffco" call a car on 154.8 dispatched it to C-470 for a T/A. Close to 154.7625. Its Jeffco FD.154.800

156.025 or 156.03?

On 156.025, or 156.03 (not sure which, they both have the same sound) I get what sounds like some type of automated weather station....any ideas?

Welcome to the new world of narrowband FM and 7.5 KHz channels on VHF.

The correct frequency is 154.8075 and is Intercanyon Fire. They are also using and simulcast on 151.430 with a PL of 203.5 on both frequencies. And is simulcast on 453.125 with a PL of 110.9.

All three frequencies are very strong up here in S. Greeley.

Just curious. Does anyone still use the old low band? I think 45.08 used to be a busy one. I haven't had much time to monitor lately, but still check the RR site often. I'm still waiting to see if GRE will come out with a HT that will do 700 MHz.

45.080 is still in use. Primarily for paging. There may be some departments using it as primary though long term I understood that all "Low-Band" fire agencies would migrate to "Hi-Band".
