154.755mhz

Hello from Canada :^)

The band is smoking tonight and I'm hearing another PD on 154.755mhz which I normally hear Lockport NY PD from Kitchener. The PD I'm hearing when not getting walked on by Lockport is using callsigns like Sheriff 119 and Sheriff 115 calling Jefferson. Anybody know what department this might be?

Hearing all this from Kitchener,Ontario with a dual-band Comet antenna at about 25' with a BC796D.

Think I just found it, Jefferson Cnty seems close to Lockport to be on the same frequency. I am also hearing 3-4 different Police Departments on 460.3500mhz and I know Buffalo is one of them.

Niagara and Jefferson Counties use 154.755.

460.350 is used in Erie County, Monroe County, and Onondaga County (and maybe others).

154.755, Sheriff 115, 119, etc to "Jefferson" is indeed the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office in Upstate New York. Try using the pl tone 110.9 to isolate them if you wanted.
