I'm in Oklahoma City and I can hear State Police in Kansas City right now on this freq. Is this a kansas or Missouri S.P frequency that is used ?

Huh??? Where did you get both of those ideas?
Its not an interoperability frequency nationwide or in Texas and who do you hear that
simulcasts on it? 154.905 is the input to the Tx Alcoholic Beverage Commission repeaters
on 156.06.

Agreed...154.905 is not a nationwide mutual aid channel.

Is the Mobile Extender Frequency (Vehicle Repeater).
Unless you're close to the border, I doubt that would be it.

Kansas Turnpike Authority uses that freq and it has very good range. I belive the PL is 151.4
