155.085 in Cook County ILLINOIS

Looking at the APCO25 conventional frequencies the table states 155.085 as a APCO25 conventional frequency. I'm currently monitoring this as Buffalo Grove police ch 3 on my BC780xlt. I wasn't aware that the BC780xlt was a digital scanner.

Looking at the APCO25 conventional frequencies the table states 155.085 as a APCO25 conventional frequency. I'm currently monitoring this as Buffalo Grove police ch 3 on my BC780xlt. I wasn't aware that the BC780xlt was a digital scanner.

BGPD uses 155.085 (186.2 PL) in analog mode for C-C and admin. I think however they call it Channel 4. It is also the main PW channel and also used by the FD for admin purposes.

The error may be due to the fact that the FD and PD are on the NWCD digital system (800 MHz.) for Dispatch operations.
