I have what sounds weird like data / open carrier/ encryption near the State fairgrounds. Possibly telemetry? No PL being shown on a 106. Maybe cable leakage? It is new to me this morning as it is locking me up on 155.160 and that is not good. They don't seem to notice it.

Ind224, I have also noticed the same problem for Lifeline on 155.160. I also founf 155.155 being the frequency causing 155.160 to lock up with a open carrier and no voice.

we are having the same problem in Vigo now, but our Freq in this area is 153.160 no tone transmitted either...but it appears to be some kind of telemetry...it has forced SP to abandon their VHF Tac channel because of this carrier...

can't really tell...its either 153.160 or 153.1625
