Any idea who uses this? Sounds like an ambulance service. Right now they have a call at Camden and the Boulevard for an insulin overdose. Sounds distant. Any idea what this is?

Yes it does sound like Camden County 155.40. This is camden city/pennsauken EMS channel. Could be Camden Ave. or Admiral Wilson Blvd. But I'm not sure about that PL 71.9.

It's NOT Camden County, NJ. The 155.400 frequency uses a PL of 192.8. I also picked something up on 155.325 with a 051 DPL. Heard Burlholme on that one which leads me to believe it is one of the private or non profit ambulance services in the City of Philadelphia. I can pick up the Camden County frequencies regularly.

Safecare Ambulance Services Inc (DBA Network Ambulance Service) is located in Philadelphia and licensed for 80 mobile units on 155.16, .175, .205, .22, .235, .28, .295, .325, .34, and .355 at 45 watts. The call sign is WQBK737. It's certainly possible they have multiple tones for these frequencies, and some of the hospitals they cooperate with are likely to be the location of the base stations that they talk back to, but being far from Philadelphia I don't really have the ability to find out much in the way of direct monitoring.

Yeah, Ocean County sounds right. I've been able to pick up Monmouth County EMS Dispatch as well during skip periods. I've also been able to pick up Ocean County's Trunk system on the Delco T-Band channels. Some nights I can pick up the control channel on that system.
