Since all of the VHF high band public safety frequencies must be narrowbanded what will the nationwide law enforcement intercity frequency 155.37 MHz change to?

It too I believe is a VHF high band Public Safety so the short answer would be yes. With the exception of Amateur Radio, MURS, and FRS and GMRS all frequencies in the 136 to 174 mHz have to narrowband by January 1, 2013.

None of the original frequencies will change, they'll just have narrower bandwidth so the new "splinter" frequencies fit between them.

There is no requirement to change the frequency. The requirement is to have the equipment modified
or adjusted for narrow band operation. That's like making the signal skinny so more stations can
fit into the spectrum on adjacent frequencies
