This freq is assigned to Franklin Medical Hospital located in franklin parish la. But this time it sounded like the signal was coming from a ways off. Could hear voices somewhat.

Fancy stuff? It's literally on the front page of the database. Enter frequency, select state, select PL tone, and go. Took me 10 seconds. You could've found the results in less time than it took you to write 3 posts over the course of a week. Just saying...you gotta put a little effort in on your own once in a while.

If you click on databases and frequency database at the home page, you will get this look up screen.
Enter the frequency, scroll and select the state. You can scroll and select the Tone Filter to limit the results of your search.
