Did not know where to post this ? I picked the same tones on this freq just now. 155.400 pl 203.5. Could be from La, Ark or Ms. Would like some help to ID.

This freq is assigned to Franklin Medical Hospital located in franklin parish la. But this time it sounded like the signal was coming from a ways off. Could hear voices somewhat.
