Has anyone heard any activity on the new, narrow-band NLEEF, as yet? Probably still a bit early for this in the region.

Unless the Feds come fhru with some big time bucks (which is possible), I doubt that anyone in the state arena will be using Narrow Band anytime soon. The only jurisdiction (in Maryland, anyway) that is using it is Kent county fire - that's it.
Now the feds, they're facing a January deadline.

So as of now, the old phrase from the Sopranos applies:
