I have been hearing a lot of EMS traffic on 490 lately in the Skiatook area. I think its coming from the North since i lose it as i tavel south towards tulsa. Does anyone know who it is? I know Barnsdall PD talks to their PD units on 490, so maybe they are dispatching EMS on it too?

Barnsdall Amb uses 490 but just to talk with the county or pd . but they have there own freq . you should hear any 490 traffic in all direction's . most of the small dept's use 490 alot (EX: wynona , avant just to name a few . i know that area very well . it could be just about any dept .

I here Barnsdall Amb call Bartlesville on .490 .When they come through the city for clearance, When they are going to JPHER. About two weeks ago washington county repeater was down,they all switch over to .490.

well i forgot that town lol .but there is alot of other's that use 490 all around the north end . like i said it was just condition's that carried the signal .

Salina PD still uses 155.49 for their dispatch frequency & Muskogee County SO uses 490 as their switchover as well as Wagoner County SO
when they talk to Muskogee County.
