Heard a dispatch to Inola Fire 8/20/23 during tropo enhancement to an address 31880 S 4160 Rd, Inola, OK nearby, on 155.52 203.5pl - then a few other EMS type calls. Also "tanker 3 call Central"
This is in far SE Rogers County. Can't find a license. Any thoughts from Tulsa/Rogers folk?

Well that would be a new one to me. Prior to Inola PD and FD switching to BACRIN encrypted, their VHF repeater was 151.010. For a while after the changeover the Rogers Co. call center would dispatch calls on the trunked system then the VHF system for the volunteers that didn't yet have new radios. I kept an old scanner locked on the vhf repeater for a few months, but they finally got to a point where they stopped doing that or at least I thought so and I shut it down.
I wonder if you picked up the input freq. to the vhf repeater direct. That is the proper PL tone for Inola. It could be that they are still doing the dual dispatch, but they are not maintaining the old VHF system and it's range has decreased to a point I couldn't pick it up any longer. I will put this new freq. in my scanner and see if I ever hear anything on it. Thanks for the heads up. I will follow up if I pick up anything.

Thanks, @WG5Z for the reply.
It certainly could be an input, but I could not find a listing in the FCC files anywhere nearby. Let me know what you find, thanks!

So after a week of monitoring, I finally heard RC dispatch send Inola FD on a call on your freq. I did not hear any simultaneous traffic on the old VHF repeater on 151.010. 155.52 did not used to be the repeater input freq. I did not think. I do not have any explanation for the traffic on 155.52, but I will do some more investigating into it.

So it suddenly popped back into my mind that a while back I discovered that the town of Tiawah is the actual license holder for the 151.010 repeater. It is a small settlement about 10 mi. north of Inola and Inola PD/FD used to dispatch for them since they couldn't afford dispatchers on their own. Here is what I found for the freqs. they are licensed for.
City of Tiawah.PNG
One of the two mobile freqs. should be the repeater input. So this still doesn't account for the 155.52 traffic.

Thanks for monitoring - it is clearly not a license that can be found no matter who is dispatching.
Perhaps I'll inquire of Rogers County dispatch.

I did a bit of digging and had some help: the license WPUK955 does not currently show 155.52, which is why it does not come up in a search. I inquired of the Rogers Co Dispatch Center and a fire chief from Catoosa (pretty far from Inola) responded with a pdf of the WPUK955 license showing 155.52 on it. But then another RR Admin pointed to the "Admin" tab on the WPUK855 license which the FCC rescinded 155.52 since Inola did not notify the FCC of their construction being completed.
So right now they are illegally using 155.52
Kinda a mess, hope they get an STA and get it fixed!
