I've heard garbled voices along with seeing RID 2416926 pop up but wasn't able to gain any further intel than that. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated... Thanks!

I had posted this quite some time back that I was hearing the same thing in the Central Indiana area on 155.565 and was GARBLED.
I wonder if it has any relation with 170.950 P25 in the North West Indiana area on with RID's: 2041252 & 2041253 respectively which was also muffled.
