I came across 155.5950 from west haven, and i went to the FCC Database and it's listed as State of CT,
does anyone know what this is used for, it was analog

Southern CT State University. The license says it's for the police department but I am not sure what they use it for since their primary ops are on 460.250 DPL 432. I had a PL of 131.8 on 155.595 the last time I was in New Haven, but only heard key-ups, no actual activity.
