155.625 dx/skip

on 5/19 was hearing on 155.625 several transmissions:

Tones followed by officer needed for emergency in the clerks office

officer needed for emergency in juvinile, offficer needed for emergency in tax office.

I know this is a courthouse but none in my local area has a system like this anyone know where this would have come from.

This is sometype of is system the Clay County sheriff's Office in Henrietta has installed. For some reason they could not get it to reset the other day and this went on for about 45 minutes. I finally ended up locking them out of my scanner and the channel on my Motorola astro also. It was very annoying to say the least.

thanks for the info I knew it was some kind of automated system but didnt think it was from the local area.
