Since the migration from VHF to 800mhz TRS's for most public safety agencies, VHF frequencies have found themselves deleted from scanner banks. However, some of you may not know that 155.865 is still in use in Michigan. Last week Oakland County Air 1 was coordinating with MSP, Birmingham and Bloomfield police looking for a fleeing subject near Long Lake road. So apparently dept's still use this for interop's.

I hear activity on MEPSS all the time. There is even a Prison here in Washtenaw County that uses it as their main channel.

Just FYI, Lenawee Central has been using 155.8650 as an events channel for things such as parades and the annual County Fair, and MIS activities. Not sure when (or if) there is going to be any huge migration to 800 here in Lenawee County. So far the only thing here is a patch to Channel 1 (155.1900) on TG 1260.

The Emergency Repsponse Team here in Grand Traverse county uses this frequency for communications during incidents they've been called to. GT county hasn't migrated away from VHF yet, but several surrounding countys that are part of the regional ERT have.
