156.030 comes back to a public safety pool/Cormwell, CT/Northeat Comm.(Did a deep dive on the FCC site) - All communications monitored relate to Griffen Hospital (Derby), St. Vincents (Bpt) etc.
All comms monitored were ambulance related. Anyone have any insight? Cromwell in nowhere close to Bridgeport and Derby (or is Griffen in Ansonia?).

As an aside...digging the through my unused/discarded electonics storage boxes/crates, I found a RELM MS200 scanner. Connecte it to one of my outdoor antennas and fired it up. Much to my surprise, the reception as compared to a number of my Uniden /RS/ ICOM receiver/scanner radios, was outstanding (if not better). I forgot about the great audio on the MS200...awsome little radio. I guess I had put it aside in favor of the products Uniden was cranking out at the time. Although theMS 200 has many limitations (No NAC, P25 or P25-2) it's on "bang'in" little receiver/scanner. An oldie but goodie.

Have a PL? IDing a frequency is much, much more difficult without a tone.

If I had to guess, I’d say you’re hearing a 1/3 harmonic of 468.0875 which is the input for med 42

Good thought. I'll set up two monitors, one for 156.03 and 468.0875 & see what comes in and where. Thanx and will advise of the results.
