Unknown 15770 KHz USB

Any one know what this signal is, I picked it up at 9:17 AM UTC time on 15770 USB, Don't know if Multipsk can decode this or not.??

Yes, MultiPSK can handle the modes the Radiogram uses. Most people seem to use FLDigi or the Android clones of this app

You should ask Pat on the MultiPSK reflector, and be specific about the modes. SWRG has been using MFSK32 and 64 of late.

I just had some fun. Decoded your video with Tivar an android app meant for decoding Shortwave Radiogram. Got a partial decode which is an image. Part of an image. If it was 2 minutes longer it would have been a complete image. MFSK 64 mode.
