158.175 - Trumbull Co / Niles

It seems that 153.665 COSOUTH PD traffic is being simulcast on 158.175.

Down here in JEfferson Co, I hear the 158.175 output much stronger than 153.665. I definitely heard Niles on there. And I heard niles on 158.175 at the same time I heard them on 153.665. I'm assuming all 153.665 traffic is being simulcast on 158.175. No idea why though. Only utilities licensed on that freq around East Ohio / WPA. I'm even hearing the WPKZ774 callsign ID.

Not sure i can help, but i monitor 153.665 from my location, i added the other freq, and will let you know if i figure anything out.
