I receive this frequency as P25 in the Rutherford area. I just can't find in the DB where it's from. My digital scanner won't pick it up. Just my analog.

Is it clear or does it sound off frequency? 158.7375 is a NIFOG frequency, but 158.730 NAC765 is Northwest Bergen Central Dispatch.
