It's a COTHEN frequency.

15867 is Cothen Ch 11, but 15876 could be a USAF. I suspect this is what ridge heard. Both freqs were listed in his post

Hadda go back to x chat to doublecheck which one I put in there for ID that day-it's 15867. Sorry about the transposing thanks too! EDIT I should add that after I heard the young female at Offut, there was a databurst.
